Istanbul pilot

Starting with two Istanbul neighbourhoods.

Semt is the Turkish word for neighbourhood, and that is where we are starting: streets where people walk to their regular café, bakery and corner shop, and where those places still count stamps by hand.

    AI tools for owners

    • Campaign strategist built on Claude
    • QR menu from a photo of a paper menu
    • Automatic menu translation

A campaign strategist that starts from your own visit data.

Many neighbourhood cafés are full at some hours and empty at others. The planned strategist will use Claude, a model made by Anthropic, to read a business's visit and scan history, find its quiet hours and draft a campaign for them. The owner always decides.

  1. Visits and scans are summarised by day and hour
  2. Quiet hours are found in the business's own data
  3. Claude drafts a campaign with a short reason
  4. The owner edits, publishes or discards it

Planned feature, not yet in the product. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Semtiva is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

Concept, not yet in the product

Tuesday 14:00–17:00 is your quietest window

Example of how a suggestion could look for a café.

Draft: double stamps on Tuesday afternoons for card holders who have not visited in two weeks.

FAQ

Questions we hear at the counter.

Something else on your mind? Write to [email protected].

Can I use Semtiva today?
Yes. The business web panel at panel.semtiva.app is available now: create an account, set up your business profile, build loyalty cards and publish your QR menu. The free Semtiva app for customers is on the App Store (Google Play coming soon); the Semtiva Business mobile app is launching soon.
What does it cost?
The Semtiva app is free for customers, with no in-app purchases. Businesses start on the Free plan. Standard and Pro add capacity; their pricing will be announced after the Istanbul pilot.
Do my customers need an app?
Not for the menu: your QR menu opens in any phone browser. To collect stamps and points, customers use the free Semtiva app, available on the App Store (Google Play coming soon).
Which kinds of loyalty card can I run?
Four: stamp cards (a reward after a set number of stamps), points cards (points per amount spent), free-item cards (every Nth visit is free) and tier cards (Bronze, Silver and Gold levels based on total visits).
Is the customer's phone number in their QR code?
No. The code a customer shows at the till is a random one-time token that expires after 60 seconds. It contains no phone number and is stored only in hashed form.
What can my staff see and do?
There are three roles. Staff can scan customer codes and nothing more. Managers can also edit loyalty cards and menus. Owners have access to every setting, including billing. Every manual point correction is saved with a note.
Which languages does the QR menu support?
Turkish on every plan, English from Standard, and Arabic, displayed right to left, on Pro.
Can I print my QR code?
Yes. Download a print-ready A4 poster on every plan, a table tent from Standard and a sticker on Pro. If you reset your QR code, older prints still lead to your menu.
I have more than one location. Does that work?
Yes. Free covers one branch, Standard up to three and Pro an unlimited number. Reports can be filtered by branch.
